What You Need
- Baking sheet
- Pot
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Skillet
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil

Pre heat oven to 425°F

Place rice in water
2 person kit – 1 cup water
4 person kit – 2 cups water
6 person kit – 3 cups water
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to medium low
Cook for 12-14 minutes

Wash cilantro and chop



Combine chicken, egg, cilantro and seasoning package together.
Form into equal size ball about 1 inch in diameter TIP – wet your hands with water and it makes the chicken not stick to them!
Place on baking sheet and place in oven for 15-18 minutes
Once cooked remove from oven
Place in a bowl and pour Thai Chili sauce over chicken balls
Side Note: if you have an Air Fryer you can use it at 400°F for 15- 18 minutes

Wash produce
Place in skillet with a 1 -2 tbsp of water
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and let steam for 8-9 minutes

Place rice in botton of bowl, add chicken balls pour sauce over top.
Add broccoli to side
