Wash all Produce

Chop tomato

Chop lettuce

Chop onion

Add Ground beef, onion, taco seasoning and salt & pepper to medium high skillet

Cook for 8-9 minutes stirring often to break up the meat

Add beef, tomato, lettuce and grated cheese into bowl, stir

Add corn chips

Plate – Add Salsa and Sour cream on top.
