What You Need
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Pot
- Skillet
- Salt & Pepper
- Butter/Margarine
- Potato Masher
Calories/Serving
Wash Produce
Chop Potato
Place in a pot of water to cover the potatoes
Add 1/4 tsp salt
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to medium low
Cook till fork tender
Add beef, seasoning package and egg to a bowl and mix together
Shape into equal size balls
Place into medium size skillet
Brown on all sides
Add sauce and cook for 9-10 minutes
Add corn starch to 1/4 cup of water
Add to meatballs
Stir
Wash and chop carrots
Add 1/4 cup of water to pot and place on Medium high heat.
Cook 6-8 minutes
Drain
Add butter/margarine and salt & pepper
Drain water from potatoes
Mash
Add butter/margarine
Add salt & pepper
Stir
Plate together
