What You Need

  • Baking Dish
  • Knife 
  • Cutting Board
  • Cheese Grater
  • Pot 
  • Water

Calories/Serving

Pre heat Oven to 375°F

Place rice in pot with water and 1/4 tsp salt

Bring to a boil

2 Person kit – 1/2 cup water

4 Person Kit – 1 cup water

6 Person Kit – 1 1/2  cups water

Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 12-14 minutes

Wash Produce

Peel & Chop Garlic

Peel & Chop Onion

Squeeze the sausage out of the casing by  pushing the meat out of the end.

Place in medium high skillet.

Break up meat with spoon and add Garlic and Onion.

Cook unitl browned.  About 6-8 minutes.

Grate the amount of Cheese you would like on top! 

Slice Peppers length wise in half.

Remove seeds and center.

Once meat mixture is browned add the cooked rice, tomato sauce and Italian Seasoning.

Stir together

Take the meat/rice mixture and place into the peppers.

Place peppers on baking sheet 

Place cheese over top and bake for 20 minutes.
