What you need

  • Frying Pan
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Pot
  • Water
  • Oil

Calories/Serving

Add rice and water to pot

Turn on high, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Cook 12-14 minutes

2 person kit – 1 cup water and 1 tsp seasoning

4 person kit – 2 cups water- 2 tsp teaspoon seasoning

6 person kit – 3 cups of water -3 tsp teaspoon seasoning

Wash and Slice

Pepper

Onion

Jalapeno

Grate Cheese

Chop chicken 

Place in medium high fry pan with a little oil.

Add Seasoning and salt and pepper

Add Peppers, onions and jalapeno.

Stir

Cook for 3-4 minutes

Remove from skillet and set aside

Place wrap into medium high skillet

Add some shredded cheese

Add chicken, pepper, onion and jalapeno mixture

Add more cheese

Fold the wrap over 

Cook for 1 minutes and remove from heat

Slice Quesadilla into 3 pieces, plate rice and add sour cream and salsa on the side.
