Calories/Serving

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil

Add 1/4 tsp salt

Add Pasta

Bring to a boil again

Reduce heat to Medium

Cook for 9-10 minutes

Drain Water off  pasta

Grate cheese

Peel and chop garlic

Chop chicken

Add chicken, garlic, salt and pepper to a medium high skillet

Cook for 7-9 minutes stirring occasionally – pasta will be under cooked – it will finish cooking in the sauce.

Add 1/2 & 1/2 cream and chicken broth

to skillet

Add pasta and cook for 3-5 minutes to reduce sauce

Stir

Wash Produce

Tear Romaine leafs up into a bowl

Add Croutons, bacon bits and some cheese

Add dressing

Stir together

Plate Pasta and Salad
