What You Need

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Skillet with lid
  • Water
  • Salt & Pepper

Calories/Serving

Peel and chop garlic

Chop Cilantro

Chop chicken

Add chicken and garlic in a medium high skellet with salt & pepper.

Cook for 8-9 minutes stirring often.

Once cooked remove chicken from skillet.

Add water and chicken oxo

Turn up to medium heat

Add rice and cover with lid

Cook for 10-12 minutes

2 person kit – 1 cup water

4 person kit – 2 cups water

6 person kit – 3 cups water

 

Add chicken

Add black beans

Add cilantro

Add lime juice

Stir together
