Ingredients

Meat

  • 6 slices Bacon

Produce

  • 1 Potato
  • 100 grams Carrot
  • 1 Onion

Pantry

  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch

Dairy

  • 1 Cup Milk

Seasoning & Herbs

  • 1 Tbsp Chicken Broth

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop Onion
  • Wash and chop Potato into bite size pieces
  • Slice bacon in to bite size pieces
  • Wash carrot and grate or chop
  • Add bacon to a medium high skillet for 5-6 minutes till browned
  • Add onions, carrots, potatoes, chicken oxo
  • Add 1 cup of water for every serving
  • Cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are fork tender
  • Add cream corn
  • Mix milk and corn starch together in a measure cup and stir
  • Add milk mixture into pot and stir.
    Increase heat to high
    Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil and remove from heat
