Ingredients
Meat
- 6 slices Bacon
Produce
- 1 Potato
- 100 grams Carrot
- 1 Onion
Pantry
- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Dairy
- 1 Cup Milk
Seasoning & Herbs
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Broth

Instructions
- Peel and chop Onion
- Wash and chop Potato into bite size pieces
- Slice bacon in to bite size pieces
- Wash carrot and grate or chop
- Add bacon to a medium high skillet for 5-6 minutes till browned
- Add onions, carrots, potatoes, chicken oxo
- Add 1 cup of water for every serving
- Cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are fork tender
- Add cream corn
- Mix milk and corn starch together in a measure cup and stir
- Add milk mixture into pot and stir. Increase heat to highStir constantly until mixture comes to a boil and remove from heatEnjoy
