Bring to a boil over high heat

Reduce heat to medium low

Cook 9-11 minutes till water is absorbed

2 Person kit – 1/2 cup water

4 Person kit – 1 cup water

6 person kit – 1 1/2 cups water

Chop up

Carrot

Cilantro

Arugula

Cabbage

Green Onion

Cashews

Mix together in a large bowl with Edamame

Mix in quinoa

Add Sauce over top, stir together
