What You Need
- Skillet
- Pot with Water
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Calories/Serving
Bring 8 Cups of Water to boil. Add 1 Tbsp of Salt and Pasta. Boil for 9 minutes. Keep 3-4 Tbsp of pasta water and discard the remainder
Note: Pasta may be a different shape then shown
Wash produce throughly. Chop Spinach, garlic, sundried tomatoes and basil. Cut tomatoes in half.
Cut chicken into cubes. Place chicken, garlic, olive oil, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper in skillet on medium high heat. Cook for 8-12 mintues.
When Pasta is cooked add to the skillet. Add 3-4 Tbsp of pasta water. Add the Spinach, tomatoes, basil and Salt and Pepper to taste and combine. Enjoy!
