What You Need

  • Skillet
  • Pot
  • Water
  • Salt & pepper
  • Strainer

Calories/Serving

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil

Add 1/2 tsp salt

Add pasta

Bring to boil again, then reduce heat to medium

Cook 9-11 minutes

Slice pork

Place into medium high

Sprinkle with salt & pepper

Fry on both sides

Peel and Chop garlic

Add 1 tbsp butter and garlic to pan, cook for 1 minute

Add Cream and seasoning mix

Add Pasta

Wash Arugula – in strainer

Add Arugula

Stir

Plate
