What You Need

  •  2 Pots
  • Skillet
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Milk
  • Butter/Margarine
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Potato masher
  • Bowl

Calories/Serving

Mix ground beef with season package and egg in a bowl

Shape into equal size meatballs

Place in medium high skillet

Brown all sides of meatballs

Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes

Wash Potatoes

Chop onto equal size pieces

Place in a pot with 6 cups of water and 1/2 tsp salt

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 12-15 minutes until fork tender

Drain water

Add milk, 1 tbsp butter/margarine and salt & pepper

Mash together

Chop Carrot

Place in pot with 1/2 cup of water

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat to low and cook for 8-10 minutes

Drain remaing water

Add butter/margarine and salt & pepper

Add beef oxo, corn starch and milk into skillet

2 person kit – 1/2 cup milk

4 person kit – 3/4 cup milk

6 person kit 1 cup milk

Stir

Cook for 3 minutes till thickened

Plate together
