What You Need

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Pot
  • Large Skillet
  • Cheese grater
  • Oil

Calories/Serving

Cook Pasta

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

Add 1/2 tsp of salt

Add pasta

Bring to a boil again 

Reduce heat to Medium

Cook for 7-8 minutes

Chop Chicken into bite size pieces

Add 1 tbsp of oil to a medium high Skillet.

Salt & Pepper the chicken and add to the skillet

Cook for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally

Chop capers

Grate cheese

Once chicken has cooked for 7-8 minutes add cream and chicken oxo to skillet.

Add pasta – cook for 3 minutes

Add arugula, stir

Add Juice of the lemon on top

 

Add Cheese on top
